Learnings from the hybrid trainings

Dozens of delivered hybrid training projects during past two years have been exciting and continuous development of the concept. Few of my learnings during this time:

– Solution sales training have to be a journey
– Coaching and driving concrete action during the training is essential to achieve measurable results
– Engaging sales training is an excellent way to deploy growth strategy and improve collaboration
– Hybrid approach is a effective way to implement the above
