This afternoon we run a Teams workshop with ABB Service sales team. Before the workshop participants had been working on interactive self learning content to prepare. During the workshop we focused on sharing more ideas and finding solutions to indicated challenges. As the basics were studied already in advance we could focus on applying the knowledge on the market which enabled very effective use of time.
